The Masai Mara is Kenya’s most famous game park. It offers the possibility of seeing “the Big Five” and many other species of game. This is where the great wildebeest migration is a spectacle to behold for any would-be visitor to Kenya mainly in July to October of each year.

Day 1:
Nairobi - Masai Mara National Reserve

Pick up from airport or hotel at 7 am and drive southwards along the floor of the Great Rift Valley with a stopover at the viewpoint. Then proceed to Masai Mara with a picnic lunch arriving in the afternoon. Later, you’ll proceed for an evening game drive which is well known for its rich, tree-studded grassland and rolling hills. The famous Mara is also renowned for its great herds of plain game, black-maned lions, leopards and cheetahs. It also contains numerous elephants and virtually every type of wildlife to be found in Kenya. Day 2:
Explore Maasai Mara Reserve

Unlimited game drives extravaganza!
Today after a lovely breakfast, our breathtaking Masai Mara Reserve Kenya tour continues. We take a 4 x 4 Jeep to experience Mara River which offers a panoramic view of diverse plains game such as hyena, jackal, wildebeest, zebra, giraffe, and cheetah. Look for the Big 5 (Lions, African Elephants, Rhinoceros, Cape buffalo, and Leopards), followed by a visit to the Mara Triangle – the southwestern part of the Maasai Mara National Reserve and enjoy sweeping wildlife and bird views.

In the evening, we experience an optional Maasai village tour, where you can get acquainted with the authentic culture and traditions of the hospitable native tribes. This fascinating journey is followed by free time to go souvenir shopping in the Maasai villages for traditional crafts, unique artwork, and upscale clothing items. Day 3:
Full Day in Maasai Mara Reserve

Home to more than 3 million animals, the Masai Mara is the stuff safari dreams are made of. After your breakfast you will spend the whole day following the animals that call these grasslands home, including

Lions
Leopards
Elephants
Buffalo
Rhinos
And hundreds of other mammal and bird species.

Your lunch will be served picnic style, giving you as much time surrounded by this most stunning of natural habitats that you’re likely to encounter. Look out for hippos submerging in the Mara River, herds of wildebeest, Thompson’s and Grant’s gazelles; all expertly identified by your Kenyan safari guide. The day ends back at your accommodation, eating dinner whilst digesting the sights and sounds of your day in the Masai Mara.

Day 4:
Masai Mara - Nairobi

You’ll have a pre-morning game drive and afterward, enjoy a late breakfast. Then depart Masai Mara with a picnic lunch. You’ll be arriving in Nairobi in the evening at around 5 pm and be dropped off at your hotel. Meal Plan Breakfast, Lunch
