Day 1:
Nairobi-Samburu National Reserve
You will be met at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Nairobi city, the capital of Kenya, is in the Nairobi District, situated at an elevation of about 1660 m (about 5450 ft) in the highlands of the southern part of the country. Nairobi is Kenya’s principal economic, administrative, and cultural center and is one of the largest and fastest-growing cities in Africa. The city also has a large tourist industry. You will be met on arrival and transferred to Samburu National Reserve. It offers unique vistas of rounded, rugged hills and undulating plains. The mix of wood and grassland with forest and swamp is home to a wide variety of animal and birdlife. Buffalo Springs records over 365 species of birds. Game viewing and visibility are excellent: Reticulated giraffes, zebras, elephants, Somali ostriches, gerenuks, buffalos, lions, leopards, cheetahs, and hyenas. Day 2:
Exolore Samburu National Reserve
The whole day will be spent exploring this amazing game reserve, it gives you the refreshment of your mind as the park is not populated and not many people visits here, we have concentration of the Its home to the big five, Elephant, Lion, Rhino, Leopard, Buffalo, Gerenuk, Reticulated Giraffe, Somali Ostrich, Gravy Zebra, Besia Oryx, Endangered Wild Dog as well as Pun cake Tortoise – also endangered. There are over 450 species of birds identified and aquatic species in the Waso Nyiro River including, vultures, kingfishers, marabous, bateleurs, guinea fowl, Somali ostriches and others. Day 3:
Samburu National Park - Ol Pejeta Conservancy
You will depart after breakfast for Ol Pejeta. This is a mosaic of grass plains, wooded grassland, acacia woodland, and evergreen thicket extending for over 350 square kilometers. Ol Pejeta boasts an astounding variety of animals including non-indigenous chimpanzees and the Big Five. The combination of amazing wildlife and stunning views across the open plans will guarantee you an unforgettable safari experience. You will enjoy your afternoon game drive at Ol Pejeta. Day 4:
Ol Pejeta- Lake Nakuru National Park
You will enjoy a delicious early-morning breakfast, then check out from your lode. You will embark on a drive to Lake Nakuru National Park.
Across the equator, southwards of Bogoria, lies the rift valley’s most famous lake Nakuru. Known all over the world for its flamingoes, it’s alkaline and is recognized as being one of the natural wonders of the world. Lake Nakuru is now a rhino sanctuary, harboring a population of over 40 black and over 60 white rhinos, but the flamingos, of course, have always been the main attraction. At times there may be almost 2 million flamingos in the residence, forming a stunningly beautiful deep pink band around the edge of the lakeshore. Day 5:
Lake Nakuru-Masai Mara National Reserve
You will depart after your very early morning breakfast for the famous Masai Mara National Reserve. The next two days shall be spent game viewing, either in the early morning hours or in the evening as this is when we have the best chances of seeing animals. On clear days, Masai Mara offers fantastic orange-tinted sunsets and you will want to capture this moment while sipping on a sundowner back at your lodge. The Mara reserve is 1510 sq km of incredible wide-open landscapes and fertile woodland following the looping meanders of the Mara and Talek rivers. Wherever you go in the Mara you will see a frequent amount of wildlife such as Masai giraffes, baboons, warthogs, bat-eared foxes, grey jackals, spotted hyenas, topis, impalas, and wildebeest. Elephants, buffaloes, zebras, and hippos also exist in great numbers. It is also common to see lions either basking after a heavy meals, or surveying the plains for their next meal. Day 6:
Full Day in Masai Mara National Reserve
Another morning out on the plains will see you track down herds of wildebeest and the other animals that take part in the migration. The day starts with breakfast at your camp or lodge before launching your day’s adventure.
With such an abundance of prey around, the chances of you seeing big cats such as:
Lions
Leopards
Cheetahs
Stalk and attack animals are high. Your expert Kenyan safari guide knows what to look for when pride is ready to attack and will aim to show you the circle of life in motion.
Lunch will be served as a picnic, allowing you all the time possible out in the park. By staying out on the savannah, you give yourself chance to explore deeper into the landscape, not being tied into being too close to your camp or lodge.
Continue your afternoon’s exploration with the herds you found in the morning or look for other groups of animals to observe and marvel at. Plenty of other famous African safari fauna will be around with there being food aplenty after the rains have brought new life to the lands.
Watch the sun go down and the sky turns glorious shades of orange, red, and purple. Return to your accommodation for dinner before turning in for a good night’s rest, ready for more Masai Mara time the following day. Balloon trips are an entirely outstanding way of seeing the savannah plains and the wildlife after which you come back down for a beautiful champagne breakfast. Day 7:
Masai Mara- Serengeti National Park
You will depart after your early morning breakfast for Serengeti via the Isebania/sirare border. This will include normal border crossing formalities to take only a few minutes. Serengeti National Park is probably the most famous and most visited reserve in Tanzania and it’s also the largest, at 14,763 square kilometers of protected area that borders Kenya’s Masai Mara National Park. Its far-reaching plains of endless grass, tinged with the twisted shadows of acacia trees, have made it the quintessential image of a wild and untarnished Africa. Its large stone kopjes are home to rich ecosystems and the sheer magnitude and scale of life that the plains support is staggering. You will enjoy your en-route game drive at Serengeti Plains. Day 8:
Explore Serengeti National Park
If you start first thing in the morning, you will find the Serengeti at its most active. This is when Africa can reveal its cool side, so you should wrap up warm, we aim to be on the road before the sun rises at around 6.00 am. Our pop-up 4 by 4 bring you as close as possible to the wildlife, just when the action is likely to be most exciting. Few predators hunt during the heat of the day, so the early morning is the best time to observe the thrill of the chase. It is also a magical time, with the subtle light dappling the landscape.
Heading into the bush for an evening game drive has a level of excitement and character all its own, as predators begin their nightly search for prey. As the day cools and the sky is streaked by red, gold, and orange hues, you may be surprised by the roar of a lion, a galloping giraffe, or the high-pitched giggling of hyenas fighting over a kill. Day 9:
Serengeti National Park-Ngorongoro Crater
You will depart after your morning breakfast with your picnic lunch boxes via the Olduvai Gorge where it is believed the cradle of mankind began. Thereafter, you will be transferred to Ngorongoro Crater which is often called ‘Africa’s Eden’ and the ‘8th Natural Wonder of the World. A visit to the crater is a main draw card for tourists coming to Tanzania and a definite world-class attraction. Within the crater rim, large herds of zebras and wildebeests graze nearby while sleeping lions laze in the sun. At dawn, the endangered black rhinos return to the thick cover of the crater forests after grazing on dew-laden grass in the morning mist. Just outside the crater’s ridge, tall Masaai herd their cattle and goats over green pastures through the highland slopes, living alongside the wildlife as they have for centuries. Day 10:
Karatu-Tarangire National Park
You will descend to the rim of the crater for your game viewing. You will transfer after your game drive to Tarangire National Park which is probably one of the least visited of the northern Tanzanian game parks and retains a real air of undiscovered Africa, particularly in the south of the park. Just a two-hour drive away from Arusha. It lies a little distance to the southeast of Lake Manyara and covers an area of approximately 2,850 square kilometers. It is named after the Tarangire River that flows through the park. The swamps, tinged green year round, are the focus for 550 bird varieties, the largest number of species in one habitat anywhere in the world. Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. Day 11:
Tarangire National Park-Amboseli National Park
You will depart after your morning breakfast for Amboseli via Namanga where you will make a stopover for your hot lunch. You will transfer after lunch for Amboseli National Park and this will include normal border crossing formalities at Namanga border. Amboseli National Park is famous for its big game – elephants, lions, and cheetahs are the main attractions – and for its great scenery beauty. Amboseli embodies five main wildlife habitats, plus a generally dry lakebed – Lake Amboseli. These are open plains; extensive stands of yellow-barked acacia woodland; rocky, lava-strewn thorn-bush country; swamps and marshes; and at the western end of the reserve, above Namanga, the massif of Ol Doinyo Orok rising to over 2,760m (8.300ft) and still for the most part zoologically unexplored. Day 12:
Amboseli National Park
On this day, you will still be at Amboseli National Park, and we shall have a full-day Game drive. Our driver shall ensure in the morning game drive, you do not miss viewing the peak of Mt. Kilimanjaro from the viewpoint hill in the park. You shall explore more about animals such as elephants, the Girrafes, the buffalo, and the bird’s lover will have a chance to meet some bird species, such as the oxpeckers that ride on the elephant’s back, helping to buffet ticks. You’ll enjoy lunch at the Observation Hill as you enjoy the spectacular views of the Amboseli National Park and Mount Kilimanjaro. Meal Plan Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. Overnight Stay Options :
