4 Days Mara and Nakuru SuperSights

You’ll be picked up from your hotel or the airport, depart for a scenic drive down to the Rift Valley, and proceed to Masai Mara, Kenya’s premier game reserve. You will be in your private safari vehicle. You will stop briefly en route at the Great Rift Valley Viewpoint for stunning views of what is the world’s largest valley. You’ll arrive at Masai Mara in time for lunch. Then you’ll go for an afternoon game drive at 3.30 pm. This allows spotting of the unrivaled wildlife in the park. You’ll then return to your lodge by 6.30 pm. Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. Today, we shall be on a game-viewing extravaganza!

Masai Mara National Reserve remains to be the most exciting wildlife ecosystem in the natural world.

It is host to the highest and most varied concentration of wild animals than any other wildlife park in the region.

The scenic appeal of the tree-studded savannah plains, the moderate climate, and the diversity of wild game species make it a one-stop shop for game-viewing activities.

We shall traverse the Masai Mara reserve on a full day of unlimited game viewing encountering the Big Five and more of the lesser game.

You’ll have a picnic lunch by the Mara River as we watch hippos and crocodiles or maybe the great migration (July – October). In the evening, we experience an optional Maasai village tour at USD 20 per person, where you can get acquainted with the authentic culture and traditions of the hospitable native tribes. This fascinating journey is followed by free time to go souvenir shopping in the Maasai villages for traditional crafts, unique artwork, and upscale clothing items. A balloon safari at USD 460 USD per person(optional) can be organised early morning on this day then proceed with the normal program. You’ll have a pre-morning game drive and then after breakfast depart for Lake Nakuru National Park. En-route lunches will be served in Narok town. The tour passes by Lake Naivasha and Lake Elementaita. If time allows, there is an option of boat ride for one hour in Lake Naivasha. You are going to arrive in Nakuru early in the evening. You will have an early breakfast and depart by 7 am to straight to the park. Its a small park with magnificent, rare white rhinos that form part of the Big five animals. There is also a possibility to see the pink flamingos. The game drive lasts 3 hours, after which you depart on a 3-hour drive back to Nairobi to arrive at around 3 pm. You will be dropped off at the city centre/hotel within the city centre.
